Whole School Curriculum Overview
Our curriculum has been designed to enable our children to learn and build upon all of the knowledge, skills and understanding they need through the lens of Catholic Social Teaching.
Each term, our children have a 'Big Question' to explore, which incorporates the statutory aspects of the National Curriculum but in a context that is relevant and purposeful to our school as a place of faith. Subjects are taught discretely and linked to the big question and our CST principles where appropriate and purposeful. Teaching and learning is underpinned by our curriculum drivers: Dignity, Inspire, Articulate, Advocate and Reflect, and enables our children to develop their character, habits, individuality and learning.
