Home Learning activities
Week beginning 6th July 2020
This week we are reading Mad about Minibeasts by Giles Andreae. Here is the link for the story on you tube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SW-7MgHEZOE
Any work the children do at home, please email photographs to me so I can see what they have being doing at home.
I do expect the children to be reading at home and practising their Phase 2 and 3 high frequency words. I expect all the children to be able to read the Phase 2 and Phase 3 words.
For Maths, the children need to daily count to 100, count backwards from 20 and say one more and one less than a given number. You can make up number stories using toys to help. Name 2D and 3D shapes in your house and when you go out for a walk. Can you describe the shapes?
Have a lovely week
